Yes. You open it in any browser, nothing to install. Field workers check their jobs, tick off checklist items, and add before/after photos straight from their phone. You can also add Mopka to the home screen as a regular app (PWA).

Excel won't issue an invoice, and Google Calendar won't handle a recurring clean every two weeks. Mopka auto-generates repeating jobs, sends SMS to clients, calculates worker pay from hours, and flags conflicts in the schedule. Everything in one place, shared with your whole team.

Free is free forever: up to 3 accounts, unlimited jobs and clients. Starter is 99 PLN net/month (121.77 PLN gross including 23% VAT) for up to 10 accounts. Pro is 199 PLN net/month (244.77 PLN gross) with no limit on people. Annual billing saves you 20%. If you're VAT-registered, you deduct the VAT in your tax return.

No. You sign up without a card and get 14 days of Pro for free. After the trial you pick a plan and only then add a payment method. If you don't choose anything, your account moves to Free and you can keep using it.

Yes, you cancel in one click in settings. You keep access until the end of the paid month, then the account moves to Free. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees.

No. Pricing is per company, not per person. Free covers up to 3 accounts, Starter up to 10, and Pro has no limit, so you pay the same with 12 people as with 50.

Mopka itself doesn't issue invoices, but it gives you two paths. You can attach a PDF invoice from another tool, every job has a slot for the document and payment status. Or you can connect Fakturownia, inFakt, or iFirma (any plan, including Free), so you issue the invoice in your invoicing tool in one click from the job, and Mopka tracks the number, amount, and payment status (transfer, BLIK, card, cash).

Yes, with Fakturownia, inFakt, and iFirma, on every plan. You issue an invoice in one click from the job and it's created straight in your invoicing tool, no re-entering data. That tool sends it to KSeF, so keeping up with the e-invoicing rules is on its side.

Yes. We send booking confirmations, reminders the day before the visit, start and end notifications, and review requests. Starter includes 250 SMS per month, Pro 500.

Yes. Workers tap "Start" before cleaning and "Finish" after. Mopka counts hours and calculates pay based on your rate (hourly or monthly). If you turn on geofencing, Mopka also checks GPS at the start and blocks starts away from the address or asks for a reason. Payroll export to XLSX and PDF for your accountant takes two clicks.

You set it up once, e.g. "every Monday at 10:00" or "first Tuesday of the month", and Mopka generates the next jobs, assigns workers, and sends notifications. You can move or cancel a single instance without touching the rest of the series.

Yes. You create a template (e.g. "Office cleaning" with 15 items) and attach it to a job. The worker on-site ticks items off and adds before/after photos. For you it's quality control, for the client it's proof the job was done.

Yes, through the client portal. Once you enable it in settings, each of your clients can sign in without a password (they enter their email and receive a login link), see their visits, service history and invoices, confirm appointments or request another service. It works in the other direction too: you get a ready-made "Order a service" link to put on your website, and people who are not your clients yet fill in a short form that lands straight in your dashboard. You create their client card with one click, only once you decide to take the job.

Company setup takes about 2 minutes: name, tax ID, invoice details. Adding your first clients and a first job takes another 5 minutes. Full onboarding with job history from another system tops out at one or two hours.

Yes, CSV and XLSX import works on every plan, including Free. Upload the file, map the columns, done. Mopka recognises a Worker PRO export of clients and tasks on its own. If your data is in another format, email [email protected] and we'll help.

No. Mopka runs in the browser, you don't install anything, you don't run a server, you don't worry about backups (we do them daily). All company setup happens through a regular interface, the kind you know from online banking.

Yes. Data is hosted in Poland, GDPR-compliant. Everything is encrypted (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest), daily backups, attack protection via Cloudflare. Your data is isolated, no other company can see your clients or jobs.

Before leaving you can export everything: clients, jobs, invoices in PDF, XLSX, and CSV. After cancellation your account moves to Free for 90 days, so you can come back without losing anything. After that data is permanently deleted, except records we're legally required to keep (e.g. archived invoices).
